Superior Service: Epproach Launch Booth Helps Residents at Aspen Heights

The Epproach Launch Booth was out at Wilmington’s brand new student housing property Aspen Heights this weekend, one of the most recent sites to go LIVE with the Epproach Managed WiFi Solution!

Epproach Communications provides enhanced support services to our customers, and one of those enhanced support services is our Epproach Launch Booth. When a new site is launched, we set up a booth that is manned by our Epproach Support Team. The Support Team is there on-site for several hours, answering questions and providing feedback to residents. The Launch Booth comes complete with free food and drinks, games, and Epproach swag. Student residents love the fun atmosphere, but most importantly, residents appreciate the opportunity to get one-on-one WiFi support from Epproach technicians.
