Shawn Allen, Client Services Manager

Shawn Allen has served Epproach Communication for 3 years as the Client Services Manager, responsible for supervising Epproach’s dedicated support team and overseeing field technician resources. Shawn uses his strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of empirical data to lead the Support Team in providing quality assistance to our customers on all levels- Corporate, Property, and Residential.

Shawn is from Rockingham, NC and holds an Associates degree in Computer Technology and Integration. Prior to joining Epproach, he worked for 7 years as a Fiber Processing Technician with Corning Inc..

“Working here at Epproach is more like working with friends and family, rather than being at work with mere co-workers,” says Shawn. When he’s not in the office, he spends time fathering his four children, assisting them with homework or “chasing kids all over the place”. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and working on projects around his home.
